Christian Hesselhoj -- Founder & Managing Director
Christian held several technology leadership roles in Amsterdam, Vienna, Stamford, Paris, and London. During his career at GE, he has been involved in outsourcing several functions and business processes from IT, operations, claims, finance and risk. Christian outsourced and delivered over 15 IT projects, including datawarehousing, application delivery, and infrastructure support across 4 GE businesses.
Christian holds a B(Sc) Economics from Royal Holloway, and an M(Sc) Information Systems from London School of Economics. He is certified in Six Sigma, Prince 2 & ITIL.

Richard Metz -- Co-Founder & Executive Director
Richard has held technology and sourcing roles in General Electric divisions across Europe and the United States. He delivered several global infrastructure, sourcing and technology programmes, including enterprise-wide solutions and services for transaction processing, identity management, procurement and eCommerce.
Richard graduated from Boston College Carroll School of Management with degrees in Operations & Strategic Management, Mathematics and Information Systems, and he is Six Sigma certified.

Bernardo Nicoletti -- Director, Consultancy Services
Bernardo has over 30 years of international technology and sourcing experience. He has held leadership positions in Alitalia Airlines, Sigma Plus, Galileo International and General Electric, including several years as Chief Technology Officer of GE Money and Chief Information Officer of GE Oil & Gas.
Throughout his career, Bernardo has been particularly active in vendor negotiations & management, achieving unprecedented cost savings and quality improvements. Bernardo has authored 10 books on management strategy and he has spoken at numerous international events. He graduated from the Polytechnic School of Turin, Italy and has an MSEE from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

David Palmer-Jeffrey -- Head of Sales
David has over 20 years experience holding both business development and strategic leadership roles in the technology and business services industries. He was instrumental in establishing the print, data & document management genre in the UK, and has successfully delivered numerous sourcing and technology engagements.
David also coaches and trains in-house and outsourced teams, focusing on customer service, collaboration, information sharing and communication skills. He is a graduate of the University of Northampton.

Pierre Bodman -- Director, Training & Strategy
Pierre Bodman has held Black Belt and Master Black Belt roles with General Electric & Genworth Financial. Over the past decade, he has been responsible for driving numerous organisation wide strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, Sarbanes Oxley, organisational metrics, functional strategy development, and process improvement.
Pierre has taught Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration, Leadership Foundations, and Project Management for participants ranging from new hires to senior executives, and has coached several dozen Green Belt / Black Belt projects.

Reina Tan - Director, Legal & Finance
Prior to joining GOX, Reina served as Endemol Plc's UK commercial manager, overseeing a number of European private equity transactions. Previously, Reina worked at Disney Consumer Products as a member of the European Finance team working on regulatory reporting and financial analysis.
Reina is a Chartered Accountant and holds a LLB Law from Nottingham University, and was called to the Bar at Grey's college in 1997.
